Submitting a Complaint

Complaints submitted to Haus of Owl Creation Club should address behavior or actions that violate the organization's Code of Conduct. Read Haus of Owl’s Code of Conduct *here* . If you are uncertain whether an incident falls under the violation of the Code of Conduct, we encourage you to submit a complaint and the Member Advocacy Specialist will assess it. If writing the incident is a barrier for you, or if you have any questions please reach out to us at report@hausofowl.com . We want to hear from you.

Here's a step-by-step process for submitting a complaint at Haus of Owl Creation Club:

  1. Submit your complaint through email (report@hausofowl.com) or the confidential incident report online form on the Haus of Owl website *here* or found below.

  2. The Executive Assistant will acknowledge your complaint and outline the next steps.

  3. Your complaint will be reviewed by a Member Advocacy Specialist (MAS) to determine its nature and severity.

  4. The Review Committee will gather information and make a decision based on the severity of the issue.

  5. You will be informed of the decision and any actions taken in writing.

  6. Please expect a follow up to ensure your concerns have been addressed.
