This controls how the camera saves your footage. Higher quality means more detail and more flexibility in editing — but larger files. If you're not sure, go with the recommended option.

📬 Because we're mailing your drive, we'll automatically keep a secure backup copy of your files at HOO until you confirm everything arrived safely.

🔄 Rental reminder: once you've confirmed your files are safe and complete, we'll arrange for the drive to be returned to HOO.

1-week check-in window

Once you receive your files, you have one week to check everything looks good and let us know. We hold a copy on our end during this time — free of charge. After you give us the thumbs up, we delete our copy unless you'd like us to keep an ongoing backup.
