Let's figure out the best way to deliver and store your podcast footage. Answer a few quick questions and we'll put together an estimate.
Your shoot
How many cameras will you be using?
Each camera records its own file. More cameras means more total data.
Cameras:1
Video quality
What resolution do you need?
This controls how sharp your video looks. For YouTube podcasts, both options work well — but they create very different file sizes.
2.6K is also available — ask the HOO team if you'd like to explore it.
Motion
What frame rate do you need?
Frame rate controls how smooth motion looks on screen. For a podcast or interview, you likely want one of the first two options.
Recording format
How will the camera record the footage?
This is a camera setting your HOO operator will configure before the shoot. If you're not sure, go with the recommended option — it's what we use for most podcast productions.
Episode length
How long is a typical recording session?
This is total recording time per camera — not the length of your edited episode. Include any buffer time for retakes or conversation overruns.

Delivery method
How would you like to receive your files?
We transfer your footage from the camera cards — then get it to you in whichever way works best.
Getting it to you
How would you like to get your hard drive?
Because we're mailing your drive, we'll keep a secure backup copy of your files at HOO until you confirm everything arrived safely — added automatically.
Rental note: once you've confirmed your files are safe and complete, we'll arrange for the drive to be returned to HOO.
Always included
1-week check-in window
Once you receive your files, you have one week to check everything looks good. We hold a copy on our end during this time — at no charge. After you give us the thumbs up, we delete our copy unless you'd like ongoing backup storage.
$0 — included with every project
Peace of mind
Would you like HOO to keep a backup of your files?
Even after delivery, we can store a secure copy for you. Useful if a drive ever fails or you need to pull footage again down the road.
Your project estimate
This is an estimate based on your selections. A member of the HOO team will confirm all details before your shoot.
