If you have a concern, you can submit it through the form below, by email at report@hausofowl.com, or in person when appropriate.
All complaints are reviewed by our Board of Directors, who assess whether the issue falls within our Code of Conduct and the scope of our organization. If needed, a qualified Member Advocacy Consultant may be engaged to provide additional expertise.
Complaints are handled with fairness, confidentiality, and care. Possible outcomes may include mediation, warnings, suspension of access, or permanent removal from the community. You will be informed of the decision in writing, and there is an appeals process if you are not satisfied with the outcome.
